• You will need a computer with good internet connection. You will also need good headphones but will not need a microphone.
• The earliest you can enter the session is 30 minutes prior to the session, at 12:30 pm. We will be on hand at 12:45 pm. to test sound with all attendees. You can test sound by running the Audio Setup Wizard. Please go to Tools--Audio--Audio Setup Wizard. Run the Audio Setup Wizard.
• Make sure to download the latest version of Java. http://www.java.com/en   
• Please visit this site http://etopics.missouri.edu/support/solutions/1000123936  to make sure that all of the system requirements are in place for participating in the workshop.
• You will be using the chat box to communicate. Please type your questions in the chat box and we will try to respond as soon as possible.
• Note Mac OS X 10.8.4+ Users: If you are using Collaborate for the first time you will be prompted to install a Launcher. The process will take 5-10 minutes.
